If you love wine, you're in luck in September because ZooTampa will be hosting the popular Uncorked Wine Fest.

The festival is happening on September 23rd. While we usually think about hanging out at ZooTampa with the kiddos, this event is only for guests 21 and up. It's a special after-hours event for those who would like to sip, stroll, and socialize. There will be more than 150 wines to choose from California to Italy, from all around the world.

ZooTampa Wine Festival Ticket Options

You have a number of options if you'd like to enjoy the festival. You can just go the general admission route and pay $65 and you can enter the park at 8 P.M. You'll get 3 hours to taste unlimited wine and party. Food is sold separately.

There are two other options that offer even more access. You can go during early hours with the early admission package. It's $80 and the doors will open for you at 7 P.M. It will be nice to enjoy the wines with a smaller crowd.

The VIP ticket is $100. You'll also have access at 7 P.M., but you'll be inside the VIP pavillion and enjoy entertainment from a DJ and samplings of food to enjoy with the vino.

This is becoming a regular Tampa event. It's the 3rd Annual Uncorked event. So cheers! Enjoy the wine and champagne and of course, ZooTampa's amazing animals.

Roxanne’s Top Five Holiday Experiences

Missed out on a couple of fun things to do last Holiday season...we all did. But things are opening again. Hopefully, good times are roaring back. I want to make this season really special for my kids. My daughter and I came up with a list of 5 things we are really looking forward to doing as we gear up for Christmas. Here's what made the list:

#1 Busch Gardens Christmas Town

Hands down, this is one of my favorite places in Tampa Bay to get me in a festive mood. Obviously, all the cool rides and animal viewings that Busch Gardens offers every day. But Christmas Town is really something special... The theme park is decorated so beautifully, and not only can you enjoy all the twinkling holiday lights, but there are also Christmas performances and opportunities for visits with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Rudolph. It runs through January 2nd.

#2 Driving Around Looking at Christmas Lights

Just getting in the car, cruising around and looking at Christmas lights and blasting Holiday music is so much fun. There are plenty of good places to visit...whether it's cool neighborhoods where they go all out decorating or some professional displays that pop up around Tampa: Winter Village at Curtis Hixon Park in Downtown Tampa at Curtis Hixon Park, Holiday Spectacular on the Tampa Riverwalk and Water Works Park and River of Christmas Lights in Tampa with Pirate Water Taxi in Tampa.

#3 Baking Christmas Cookies

The last couple of years I've been able to cook with my older daughter, but this year, I'll have a big, two-year old, so she'll be able to get in on the fun. Needless to say, when the three of us are done baking, the kitchen will be a disaster.

#4 Zoo Tampa Christmas In the Wild

ZooTampa is bringing back their Christmas in the Wild! They also have an amazing huge light display, yummy holiday treats, and seasonal adventures. It happens on select nights from November 26th through December 30th. You can visit here for specific times and ticket prices.

#5 Advent Health Golden Gala

Every year I have the pleasure of being part of this amazing event as a co-host with Jason Alpert. It's at the end of November, and it raises money for Advent Health's foundation. Last year, like a lot of big events, it was on hold, but this year it's back at the Amway Center. I can't wait!
