Florida Sushi Restaurant Named A Best In America

A recent report by IBIS World detailed that there are 19,742 sushi restaurant businesses in the United States. There are roughly 7,000 more sushi establishments in 2023 than ten years ago. That makes it even more impressive that one of them from Florida has been named one of the best sushi restaurants in the country by Time Out.

Sushi has become so popular that many platforms publish reports on the overall sushi industry in America. USA Today recently detailed that 5 million Americans eat this cuisine at least once a month. Furthermore, “Google Trends data shows it’s twice as popular as it was five years ago and more than three times as popular as it was a decade ago,” they state.

Sushi also has the flexibility to be an appetizer or to serve as a full meal. When searching for the best sushi, “fresh” is always a priority. In addition, seeing the chef hand-roll your pieces only enhances the overall experience.

So where do you find this sushi restaurant in Florida that was named one of the best?

Miami – Matsuri

Located at 5759 Bird Rd, Matsuri has been serving authentic Japanese cuisine for over 30 years. Time Out praises this restaurant for its reasonably priced sushi. Furthermore, they suggest the “ruby-red big eye toro, fresh sweet scallops and meaty hamachi.”
