Earlier this year, we told you about the hottest new businesses coming to Water Street in 2023. There are three new restaurants coming to Water Street fall 2023 that you are not going to want to miss and will add to the already stacked lineup of dining and shopping destinations. Sitting across the street from the home of the back-to-back Stanley Cup Champions, The Tampa Bay Lighting, Amalie Arena has nearly 200 different events throughout the year. Water Street is the perfect place for any pre/post event drinks this fall.

Not only is Water Street one of Tampa’s top foodie destinations, but it also brings in new spots for tourists and locals to explore the different cultures of Tampa Bay through it’s public art. In 2023, Predalina, 3 Corners Pizza, and The Pearl are already instant favorites in the community. The thing about Water Street is, every restaurant offers a wide range of different flavors to fit your taste buds.

Here are 3 New Restaurants Coming to Water Street Fall 2023

Yard House

With a brand new location opening up just a few months ago in Sarasota, The Yard House Tampa is opening on October 14th and will no doubt be one of the top new restaurants coming to Water Street fall 2023 . The Yard House will be directly across the street from Amalie Arena. Featuring the world’s largest selection of beer with 130 taps, Yard House will be the perfect place for a few pre-game drinks. The American-style menu makes it easy for anyone to find something delicious, anytime of the day. At 450 Channelside Drive , you’ll be able to dine on the outside patio or inside with a view of the keg room.

Beacon

Tampa’s newest rooftop bar, The Beacon, is set to open in late September. The Beacon is located on the 27th floor of JW Marriot and has a 360 degree view of downtown Tampa. This bar will be the “tallest public rooftop bar” in Tampa and second tallest in Florida, courtesy of our friends over at Creative Loafing. Beacon will offer both craft cocktails and shareable dishes from 5 p.m. to “late” every day of the week. This new rooftop attraction is perfect for hanging out with friends on the outside terrace or inside the private lounges for a more intimate setting.

Ash

The Ash is one of Tampa’s most anticipated restaurants of 2023 and will feature an Italian-inspired menu. Proper House Group and Alvarez is the team behind the project and are also credited with the popular Seminole Heights restaurant, Rooster & the Till. Ash’s pink bar is already on our list for Tampa’s top insta-worthy spots. Check this thing out for yourself!
