We're already seeing the decorations out for Halloween. It's sneaking up on us. One of the coolest things about the spooky season, in my opinion, is making a trip to Busch Gardens Howl O Scream.

This year, you can check out brand NEW spooky, spine-tingling Haunted houses. The scare-fest is opening up again on September 8 and you can enjoy Busch Gardens Howl O Scream at select nights at the park after 7 P.M. Here's what you'll find at Howl O Scream, in case you haven't been before: scary shows, the legendary haunted houses of horror, and scare zones. It's so scary that you must be warned that this event is for a mature audience. You will see violent scenes, gory scenes, and blood (though all of it is fake).

I have a friend who works there as one of the actors during Howl O Scream. And her transformation from regular girl to ghoul is incredible.

Fans are pumped about the brand NEW haunted houses at Howl O Scream.

D.H. Baggum’s Circus of Fear – This is the scary side of circuses. But really!? Who isn't afraid of clowns.

The Forgotten: Uprising - It's been reimagined. Good luck against the vampires lurking, ready to suck the blood from every human who dares to challenge them.

Big Ed’s Demolition Derby – Big Ed scrapes together the moteliest crew to terrify you. Lots of adrenaline in this automotive scare fest.

Sin City Zombies – Check out an eerie, rundown motel off the Vegas strip. But be on high-alert for zombies!

Just remember, you have to buy a separate ticket for Busch Gardens Howl O Scream and you can visit the website here to purchase yours. Oh, and don't dress in costume.

It was early September so there wasn't much of a chill in the air, but the skies definitely looked creepy for opening night of Howl-O-Scream 2023. Take a look!
