There were initial reports out Wednesday from several sources saying that former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Williams had died. New reporting from CBS says that the 36 year old former Buc is on life support. He was a 4th round pick for the Bucs back in 2010. He finished his career with the Buffalo Bills about 10 years ago.

Buffalo Bills reporter Jon Scott says Williams was working at a construction site and there was some kind of accident. Details were few yesterday. His Wikipedia page mentions the accident happened on Friday when a steel beam fell on his head. They say that paralyzed his right arm and the lower part of his body. In the hospital, they say he was having trouble breathing and lost consciousness. [Source: CBS Sports]
