Florida City Named Among The Best For Late-Night Food
There are many reasons why someone might be on the hunt for a late-night meal in cities across the country. Just getting out of work, or stumbling out of the bar, may be two of them. The Travel recently dove into this subject and listed the ten best cities nationwide for late-night eats, and a Florida city was named as one of them.
“All that work hard play hard culture is fueled by amazing large and small eateries, serving up global cuisine to feed the hungry hordes from coast to coast and from sun up to sundown,” The Travel states.
What are the most common foods night owls seek out at all hours? Well, pizza is always a common answer as it is quick, easy, and delicious. Plus, in many cities, it seems to be available on almost every block at all hours of the day.
Food Trucks also benefit from the late-night craze. Depending upon city regulations and permits, food trucks are flexible enough to satisfy multiple neighborhoods’ hunger. They also offer a larger variety of specialized cuisine options in high-traffic areas.
Miami Ranked #10
What makes Miami, Florida a top city for late-night food is a combination of the lively nightlife scene and the diverse options.
Earlier this year, Culture Trip put together a thorough guide to late-night eating in Miami. This includes everything from café’s in Coconut Grove to afterparty spots in South Beach.
Similarly, Four Square released a feature just last week, that detailed the best late-night food in Tampa. The Taco Bus was awarded the best place to go for those late-night cravings. Other great options include a gyro stand, diners, and barbeque cuisine.
In case you are wondering what the top-ranked cities in the country are for late-night food, The Travel has some interesting selections. They claim Nashville, Atlanta, and Washington, DC are one through three.
Florida Has One of the Best Winter Getaways in the U.S.
It’s never too early to start planning an exciting winter getaway, especially since the most popular winter vacation spots get booked up quickly. The good news, though, is that most people take vacations in the summer, so traveling in the winter can be a bit more relaxing. You are also able to usually find better travel rates during the winter season, except during the holidays. If you don’t have to travel during the holidays, just don’t, because it’s a mess. So, what are the best winter getaways in the U.S.? Florida has one of them.
I’ve researched some of the most popular winter vacation destinations in hopes of finding the perfect spot. The following list includes not just sunny, warm getaways, but also some areas that people who love snow can enjoy. Honestly, many people who live in a warm climate like to flock to a snowy location for a bit during the winter to get that seasonal experience, even if that seems counter intuitive. Of course, those who live in the northern parts of America love to go to a warm spot and get away from their daily lives filled with snow and ice.
I’m a Michigan girl, so I’m very familiar with the cold and ice in the winter. Not that I like it. Each year, I say I’m going to escape, even if it’s just for a few days, to a warmer location. But, I never do. Maybe this year will be different. Looking at vacation rates, it’s fairly easy to find some good deals, again, if it’s not during the holiday travel season. Read on for some of the bets winter getaways in the U.S., based on my research. What’s your favorite winter vacation spot? Reach out to me on social media here and let me know. Have a fantastic winter, and stay warm.
