If you are looking for ways to entertain your children, there is a free bowling program in Tampa Bay for children throughout this summer.
It is an international program called “Kids Bowl Free” and since 2007 more than 35 million boys and girls have participated. It is designed for participating bowling centers to help the community and to provide safe summer fun. How does it work? Follow the steps below:
- First step : You have to find a participating “Bowling alley” in your city.
- Second step : Register the children. And it can be for two games each day for the duration of the program, which means it's all summer long. Each establishment has its own rules regarding the age limit.
- Third step : Take the little ones from home to play BOWLING!

There are a total of 10 participating bowling centers around our Tampa Bay area and each has its own requirements.

Another free summer activity in Tampa!
After or before taking your kids to play free bowling, you could also take them for a walk along Downtown Tampa's Riverwalk. It's completely free! And it serves as physical activity for the whole family, beautiful landscapes and in passing you can go take a photo with the new LOVE sculpture.

No sign ups or registration required! Just buy your tickets online or at the box office like you would for going to any other movie night. The $3 deal only runs on Monday's and Wednesdays throughout the summer.
