The iconic hot dog-shaped vehicle from Oscar Mayer is rolling into Tampa Bay next month, bringing grins and photo ops during its six-day visit starting Dec. 10.

The giant hot dog on wheels starts its local tour at noon. After hitting the beach on Dec. 11, folks can catch it at Lakewood Walk's Publix from noon to 4 p.m. on Dec. 12.

The 27-foot hot dog will show up at two local parades during its Tampa visit. You can spot it at the Brandon Parade of Lights, rolling through town from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 14.

The final appearance takes the famous hot dog to the Davis Islands Golf Cart Parade on Dec. 15. Come check it out at 864 Severn Ave. between 5 and 8 p.m.

Make sure to show up early if you want a good spot to see both the famous hot dog car and the decorated golf carts.
