There is never a dull moment in Polk County. One of our favorite morning rituals is checking the Polk County Sheriff account to see if Sheriff Grady Judd has blessed our timeline with any crazy Florida Man story.

In Polk County, deputies took Matthew Zaccarino, 39, into custody. He's from Altamonte Springs and was found with a gun at a construction site early Sunday, December 14.

When deputies found Zaccarino around 1 a.m., he wore unusual clothes: a red lace bra, fake breasts, and a G-string near his car. A loaded gun was hidden beneath the silicone parts of his outfit.

Zaccarino claimed he was headed to a costume party but couldn't provide details like the location, direction, or names of attendees. At first, he ignored deputies' instructions, leading to handcuffs. During this process, they discovered the gun.

He faces charges including armed trespassing, loitering, and resisting an officer without violence. After posting a bond of $6,250, he was jailed. On Monday, court records indicated a resolution, but no details about the outcome or whether charges remained were revealed.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd commented on the bizarre situation. "It was ugly," he said, expressing concern about armed people at construction sites. For further details on the arrest and sheriff's comments, click here.

In Florida, trespassing while armed at construction sites is a third-degree felony. Zaccarino's case reflects this legal standpoint. Both the public and legal systems await more information on the matter.
