Bosc Modern Bar + Kitchen has opened at 201 W Platt St. in the old Zudar's Bourbon St. Bar & Grill location in Hyde Park. Doors swing wide from 3 to 11 p.m. each day. Late-night hours stretch until 2 a.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Main Street Entertainment Group brought this restaurant to life. Kevin Enderle, a veteran in the hospitality business, leads the team. They also run Steelbach Chophouse and Southern Kitchen, Bizou Brasserie at Le Méridian Hotel, and Timpano Italian Chophouse.

According to That's So Tampa, Chef Partner Raymond Ortiz directs the kitchen. He worked at Forbici Modern Italian before joining Bosc. Head Sushi Chef Kiengxai Chittavong runs the sushi station and raw bar. Grant Enderle, the Operations Manager, built the cocktail list and wine selection. Bar Manager Megan Newport worked with him to create new drinks.

Diners can order hand-cut steaks, pasta made from scratch, pizzas, flatbreads, and ocean-fresh seafood. A full sushi bar offers raw selections. The wine list runs long, and bartenders mix craft cocktails.

Parker Street Bakery + Coffee occupies the same building. It opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 3 p.m. Head baker Dawn Ferguson manages morning operations. Guests can buy pastries baked on-site, espresso drinks, croissants, bowls, and sandwiches that change with the seasons.

Brunch and lunch will start in a few weeks. Guests can book tables through Resy.

The kitchen keeps cooking during late-night hours. Live music plays throughout the extended service. Enderle timed the opening for Valentine's week, giving guests a spot for dinner or a long evening with drinks and music.
