Congratulations to David Lee Murphy and Kenny Chesney. Everything’s Gonna Be Alright hit #1 today. Back at the ACMs a few weeks ago, I got to talk to him about the song and ask about his ACM nominations over the years. It’s a short chat… when you do these radio row events, you don’t get a chance to dive too deep. But it was cool to meet a guy who’s been churning out hits for decades. The photo we took at the end cracks me up… he grabbed one of the mics to make it look like he was the one interviewing me.
