Wow! Jerry Cantrell is on Talkin’ Rock. Jonathon Davis from Korn hit the nail on the head between one of their songs when he called them “F’n Legends”. I got the message that Jerry had a few minutes to talk the morning of the show. To say I was was stoked is an understatment.

Jerry and I discuss lots of stuff. The tour with Korn and if he still likes touring. Robert DeLeo from Stone Temple Pilots let me in on the AIC mascot, Larry (which you can follow at Larryaic). He tells me about the GNR tour, places they’ve played at that they never have and living the life of a rockstar. He tells me his thoughts on the Rock N’ Roll Hall Of Fame. We talk about some of his favorite riffs, the possibility of an un-plugged tour, solo album and what they have coming up. 

In today’s Rock News, Al Beck fills us in on the latest news about Tool, Flea and his auto-biography, a Rob Zombie Halloween exhibit and why Ozzy is going to outlast us all….it’s science!
