Chick-fil-A is opening two restaurants on May 2 in metro Tampa with two grand opening celebrations enabling upwards of 100 adults to earn a free year supply of Chick-fil-A meals. Operator Denis Spradlin of the Chick-fil-A at Uptown District, opening at 2811 E. Fowler Ave., is hosting an all-day, community-service focused First 100 Road Trip on May 1 with registration starting at 6 a.m. An overnight 12-hour First 100 Campout to celebrate Wesley Chapel’s first Chick-fil-A restaurant, located at 28295 State Road 54, is being hosted by Operator Jim Larreau and starts on May 1 with registration at 6 p.m. Wesley Chapel is also partnering with Bridging Freedom to combat domestic minor sex trafficking and are inviting guests to bring individual craft kits, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, healthy snacks and gardening seeds to the new restaurant during the grand opening week.
