Thanks to everyone at Walt Disney World for inviting the Q105 crew to check out their new collaboration with Cirque Du Soleil called “Drawn To Life.” For Disney fans, this is going to be a must-see. It’s the first time Cirque and Disney have worked together on a project and after seeing the show, you have to wonder why it took so long. The show actually begins before the show so be sure to arrive at least a half hour early. Keep an eye on the stage because the Disney magic is subtle at first. Then slowly as showtime approach, the stage is alive with characters.
The story centers around an artistic daughter who hopes to continue the drawings of her late father. Through dream sequences and songs with hints of Disney favorites, the Cirque cast from over a dozen countries will amaze you. There are incredible acrobatics and fans of Beauty and the Beast will really love the elegance of the tribute within the production. Drawn To Life is now playing several performances each week at Disney Springs.
Here are some other photos from the visit, including stops at Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
