Decisions decisions!
Oh sure there are the tributes to NFL legends, championship rings, Super Bowl merch and activities for the kids. But you know all I care about is the food.
Pipo's Cuban Cafe

A local favorite. Good chance for the tourists to try a Cuban.
Hebros Kitchen

It was all Greek to me.
Manna Street Food

Steak smelled good!
Urban Bakers

C is for Cookie. And quite frankly, that's good enough for me.
Port-A-Pit BBQ

That name honestly threw me a bit... a little too close to port-a-potty for me. So I passed.
Gary's Hot Dogs & Pizza

$14 for a Bud Light... yep, Super Bowl pricing! Yikes.
Chicken Fingers & Fries

Creative sauces with fries... always a win.
Pancho's Taco Shop

Love Mexcican Street Corn.
Hand sanitizer stations...

They were everywhere!
Clean!

Crowds hadn't even been let in yet and the cleaning crews were already hard at work sanitizing.
COVID-19 fight continues...

So organizers had plenty of space markings.
Where I ended up...

Since the COVID life halted my Tampa visits, I had to pass on the NFL Experience choices and save room to hit up Wright's Gourmet House on Dale Mabry. It'd been far too long.
Wright's Gourmet

I did something I rarely do - tried something new. I always go with the Cuban or BLT at Wright's but the Bahama Baby sounded good. Filled with pork, ham, cucumber, bacon and Jarlsberg cheese with a mustard sauce on an onion roll. Gotta be honest... not so great. Too much pork and ham. Not enough bacon. I wish I would've stuck with the BLT. For a sandwich so simple, it's phenomenal.
Wright's

Their cakes and cupcakes are legendary for a reason.
I went with a Red Velvet cupcake

Really small, but full of flavor.
