How Roxanne’s Halloweens Have Changed In Five Years

There’s a big distinction in a woman’s life…BEFORE AND AFTER kids. I think Halloween emphasizes this point. Before I had my children, the effort went into my costume. Now it’s all about the kids. Maybe once the little one is out of diapers I will get back into dressing up, but right now it’s all about the babies. Here’s a look back at Halloween’s from 2016-2020.

  I was 3 months pregnant here, but feeling feline fine. My girl, Debra, and I were out for a fun night on the town. No drinks, but still tons of fun.

  While I was at work Doug and his mom put the baby in a pumpkin. I do not advise this. I was not there to see her removal from the pumpkin, but from what I understand, things got a little dicey. But, I admit, the picture is adorable.

  I'm pregnant again. About a month away from delivery. You can see how tired I was in my eyes and expression, but I was looking nice and glow-y (thank you, pregnancy hormones)...or maybe it was a reflection of Elsa.

  Here's the new baby at almost 10 1/2 months. (We learned our lesson from 2017 and did not put her in a pumpkin. Happy Halloween!
