Ice Cream Rolls in Ybor City
After sitting through all 8 hours (seemed that long) of Avengers Endgame last night in Ybor, some ice cream was needed as a reward. “Snobachi” has been around for a year or so and has that buzz with the skinny jeans hipster crowd. How was it? Well, honestly it was…

… and the “cooking” begins.

Wait, it's dark in here!

The first thing that seems strange is when you walk in to Snobachi, it's like a dance club. It's dimly lit, which just feels weird for an ice cream parlor.
The Menu

It's sort of Coldstone-like in how you create your ice cream. Pick a base, your sauce and topping.
The Griddle

If you've had a chicken and steak hibachi meal prepared in front of you, it's just like that except the grill is freezing cold.
The ice cream gets spread out flat

... and the "cooking" begins.
Roll it up

After the cream has solidified they scrape it off the grill into rolls.
Add the toppings...

and you're done.
$5 is a little pricy

It's not bad ice cream, but not sure if it's worth $5. But this is Ybor. Rent ain't cheap. And you're paying more for the "show" than the ice cream.
Final verdict: good not great.

If you're having dinner across the street at The Columbia, it's not a bad choice for dessert, but I don't know if I would go out of my way to have ice cream here again.
