The former "Beverly Hills 90210" star was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving on December 28, 2000 by police in Thousand Oaks, CA after they reportedly saw her black Ford truck veering across several lanes of the Ventura Freeway at about 3 a.m. The 29-year-old star of the spooky soap opera "Charmed" was stopped was given a field sobriety test at the scene and taken to jail for a blood test after she refused a breathaliser test, according to a California Highway Patrol spokesman. Results of Doherty's blood-alcohol level will not be know for about a week. Doherty was released from jail several hours later and ordered to appear in court January 26, 2001.
