One of the many jobs that I have had throughout my career included a three-year stint at Universal Studios, Hollywood.
I first started as Show Announcer on the Universal tour, announcing for the various live shows on the upper-lot (ie., Animal Actor's Show, A-Team Live Action Show, and the Western Stunt Show).
I later moved into the position of Assistant Manager of Entertainment, Universal Studios. I was in my early 20's, yet in charge of every aspect of keeping the Tour up and running, from rides and pyrotechnics, to lasers and tour personnel. I could have gone far as a Universal/MCA executive... but I wanted to be on TV.
Below are a few photos that I happen to have from "The Day".
Enjoy!

This is a publicity photo of me on the set of the "A-Team Live Action Show".

Me with Mickey-The-Monkey on the Animal Actor's Show. A famous animal trainer (Gary Jerro) taught me all of the silent cues for dogs, cats and monkeys while working on that show. BTW... Mickey could be quite moody at times. :)

After a short time I was elevated from Show Announcer to Assistant Manager of Entertainment. Only in my early 20's... and I was in charge of everything from show actors and pyrotechnics, to laser techs and park employees.

As Assistant Manager of Entertainment, one of my jobs was escorting stars (who want to see the tour) around and getting them in and out of shows, etc. Here I am posing for a photo with actress Connie Stevens.
