Florida’s Largest Home Show: Winter Home Renovation Edition kicks off on Friday, January 5th, and runs the entire weekend through Sunday, January 7th. New guests this year include Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt from HGTV’s “100 Day Dream Home”. Plus, they will be hosting a Q&A on stage discussing themselves, design and renovation trends, and offering advice and ideas for your home projects!

This is the 38th year for the Florida Home Show which has been consistently rated in the Top 30 Home Shows in the nation by Better Home & Gardens.

Here are 4 Things To See at Florida’s Largest Labor Day Home Show: Design & Remodel Edition

  • Make Your Backyard an Oasis

Make your home a tropical oasis where you can relax and entertain! That’s where Spa Manufacturers come in! They have Swim Spas, spas with waterfalls, portable spas, gazebos and more! They also offer a military discount.

  • Outdoor Kitchens!

If you are looking to extend your living space into your backyard, a great way to do that is to add an outdoor kitchen. We aren’t just talking about a grill. This is a mac daddy girll, with a bar. You want a beer tap and a mini fridge? You can get that too because you can personalize it to your needs. Really your imagination is your only limit.

  • You Like Saving Money, Don't You?

It’s always nice to save money, especially when we live in Florida and those summer electric bills can be a bit high. You can also heat your pool or spa using solar power!

  • Don't forget the roof over your head!

One of the biggest purchases a homeowner can make is a new roof. Is it as flashy and fun as a new spa, bathroom, or outdoor kitchen? No. Is it a necessity? Yes. Storm season can wreck havoc on your roof and many insurance companies recommend replacing your roof every 15-20 years depending on its condition. So if it’s about that time for your home’s roof, you can get all your questions asked at Florida’s Largest Home Show!
