Are you a creature of habit? Do you like to frequent the same spots for restaurants over and over?

I find myself doing that, but other times, I'm thinking I want to experience a new restaurant. News Channel 8 put together a nice list of new dining spots around town so you can use this as a resource the next time you're in the mood for something new. Here are four from the list that look interesting.

Chanko

They offer delicious Japanese food and they have a great bar. Menu items include okonomiyaki, Japanese curry, and rice plates. They are located at 4603 N Florida Avenue in Tampa. You can find them online here.

Crossroad Hot Chicken

You can check out this incredible hot chicken place in the Brandon area. They are located at 10284 Causeway Boulevard in Tampa.

Saikyo Kitchen

I can't have enough sushi places in my life. But here is some sushi with a twist. Saikyo offers a fusion of Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. This new spot is in Odessa at 8741 Gunn Highway.  To visit them online, go here.

Flamingo Mountain

This is a Chinese Grilled Skewer Bar and if you've never experienced one, you don't know what you're missing. Flamingo Mountain is located at 13520 University Plaza Street in Tampa. Find out more online here.
