Several sections of seats were destroyed at Denver, Colorado's Empower Field at Mile High on Thursday afternoon due to a fire. The fire  started around 2:15 p.m. in the northeast corner of the stadium, according to local news outlet Fox31. Today reports that the fire started in a suite and then spread from there.

According to ESPN, the Denver Fire Department responded at about 2:15 p.m. local time to a fire that began in a construction zone in that part of the stadium, and it was under control in about a half hour. 75 firefighters were on the scene. Investigators have not said what caused the fire.

ESPN says that a stadium tour was underway at the time, and the group, as well as employees who were working in that part of the stadium, was evacuated from the stadium. No injuries were reported.
