Winter Guide – Holiday Trends 2020
At-Home Fitness Products To Help Get You Back In Shape
2020 included a lot of staying at home, drinking, snacking, and laying around. That, mixed with the holiday season, has led some of us to gain unwanted weight and fall into some unhealthy habits. If you're looking to get back in shape from the comfort of your home, here are some products to consider. YouTube - Okay, this isn't exactly a product, but there are thousands of free videos on YouTube that you can do anywhere. You can search for anything like kettlebells, yoga, butt workout, arms, etc., and tons of videos will pop up. Peloton - Peloton is arguably one of the most popular at-home gym equipment options. It comes with cardio machines (bikes, treadmills, and a rower is coming soon), has an exercise app, and customers can live-stream workouts. Users have to buy the cardio machines, and then they pay monthly for the various features. Bonus: If you are a Beyonce fan, keep in mind that she's recently teamed up with Peloton to create Homecoming themed workouts. Peloton bikes start at $1895.00. Memberships start at $39 a month. Mirror - Named one of "Oprah's Favorite Things"for 2020, the Mirror is dubbed the "nearly invisible home gym." It's an interactive device where you can do tons of professional workouts without using a lot of space. Some include yoga, boxing, Tai Chi, Latin Dance, and Barre. Prices start at $1495.00 Jillian Michaels Fitness App - Jillian Michaels' app guides you through both workouts and meal plans. It is reasonably priced, has long-term workout plans, and workouts on demand. Prices start at $14.99 a month. Andi Dorfman Running App - If you need a little push to get your running workout going, try The Bachelorette and The Bachelor star Andi Dorfman's running app. The subscription-based app, called Andorphins, launches next month. Centr - Centr is Chris Hemsworth's workout app. Will it make you look like him if you subscribe to it? Probably not, But its still an excellent choice for workout programs you can do at home. The program includes workouts (with and without equipment), blogs, meal plans, and more. Prices for the Centr starts are $10 a month.
