Prizes are to be picked up in person at the Beasley Media Group office in St. Pete during business hours (10a-5p) Monday-Friday. Our address is 9721 Executive Center Dr. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33702. PRIZE WINNERS WILL RECEIVE A CALL OR EMAIL FROM SOMEONE IN THE PROMOTION DEPARTMENT WHEN THE PRIZE IS READY AND PICK-UP INFO IS AVAILABLE.

Here are some answers to commonly asked questions listed below.

  • Office Address:

  • Normal Prize Pick-up Hours:

    Monday through Friday from 10a-5p

  • How long do I have to pick up my prize?

    Typically you will have 30 days to pick up a prize such as a gift card or physical item. For tickets to a specific event, you will have up until the end of the last prize pickup day that is closest to the event. Please note that many tickets are now mobile tickets and will be electronically transferred.

  • Can someone else pick my prize up for me?

    Unfortunately no, the winner must be the person to pick up a prize as it is tied to your name and we have paperwork that must be completed.

  • Are you able to mail me my prize?

    No, prizes must be picked up at the station by the winner. 

  • Do I need to bring anything with me?

    You must bring a photo ID with you to pick up your prize.

  • Is my prize ready for pick up?

    You should be told when you win if your prize is in the house or not. If your prize is not in the house, you will receive an email or phone call once it is ready for pick up at the email address or phone number you provided when you won. If you are not sure or your event is a week or less away please call our front desk during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10a-5p) at (727) 579-1925

  • Where can I park?

    Park in the parking lot outside our building. Park in a space in the front of the building with the Beasley Media Group sign.

  • How do I get to the second floor?

    When you walk in the lobby take the elevator or the steps to the second floor. 

  • What if my prize is mobile tickets?

    Unfortunately, many venues have moved to strictly mobile ticketing so we are unable to get physical tickets. Tickets will be emailed to you from the promotions department.

  • What If I Don’t Want Mobile Tickets?

    Unfortunately, many venues have moved to strictly mobile ticketing so we are unable to get physical tickets.

  • Can I exchange my prize for cash or something else?

    Prizes are not able to be transferable. Prizes may not be substituted or exchanged. If the event/concert you’ve won a prize for is canceled, you cannot exchange it for something else.

  • I won a check, when can I expect the money?

    No check will be awarded, processed, or mailed until the winner has claimed the prize at the Station, presented all required documentation, and signed all required releases and tax forms. Unless otherwise specified, checks will then be mailed within approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks following confirmation of eligibility and completion of all requisite releases and IRS forms.
