DeCosmo opened their new Italian market in Pinellas Park in September 2022. But the family already had legions of fans from their sub shops back in the 80s. I had a chance to head over to the store and chat with Paul, Steven and Vincenzo about their first year in business. What’s worked? What have they tweaked?
