Bob Barker's last taping day at The Price Is Right was a sad day for many... including Bob.
Below is a gallery of photos from that day. Many of these photos have never been seen by the public before.
BTW... don't miss the very LAST photo in the gallery. Heartbreaking (at least for me).
Enjoy!

Photo By: Christine FieldsMorning production meeting. Director, Bart Eskander is seated at the head of the table. That's model Lanisha Cole sitting to my left and Rachel Reynold across from me. Gabriel was the 3rd. model that day and she is blocked from view by Rachel. Associate Director Fred Witten is in the foreground.
Photo By: Rich FieldsChristine was an invited guest. It was GREAT to have her there all day to share in such a monumental day.
Photo By: Rich FieldsAbout an hour before show-time (and just seconds before the audience and press were allowed in) they called Bob out to do a camera and lighting test. Bob was in the middle of getting his make up applied.

Photo by Mark Davis/Getty ImagesThis audience member's name is Dorothy. Bob's wife's name was Dorothy Jo. No doubt this lady reminded Bob that Dorothy Jo was right there with him that day.
Photo by Mark Davis/Getty ImagesPlinko! One of Bob's favorite games... because the audience loved it so much.
Photo by Mark Davis/Getty ImagesAfter Plinko was over... I could see that Bob felt like the day was coming to an end.
Photo By: Rich Fields"Get $1 on the big wheel and win $1,000!"

Photo By: Christine FieldsSide view of the "wave-goodbye". Look at Lanisha holding back the emotions.
Photo By: Christine FieldsI'm so glad this kiss was caught on camera. I also thanked him for everything that he did for Christine and I. "Bob, we will be forever grateful."

Photo By: Christine FieldsThen it was time for press and interviews. Wow! So many members of the press.

Photo by Mark Davis/Getty ImagesA nice photo of Bob just before he sat down to speak with all of the press at once.
Photo by Mark Davis/Getty ImagesBob loves an interview.
Photo by Mark Davis/Getty ImagesDespite the sadness of the day... Bob laughed it up with the media.
Photo by Mark Davis/Getty ImagesBob was in a great mood for this interview...
Photo By: Rich Fields... until all of a sudden... it hit him.
Photo By: Rich FieldsBob got choked up and couldn't speak. So he took a moment...
Photo By: Rich Fields... and we could all see his eyes well up with tears. He knew this was it. 50 years on television. Wow.
Photo By: Rich FieldsWe had a huge party for Bob after the day was over. This is my wife Christine and Bob together.
Photo By: Christine FieldsThen I asked Christine to take a photo of Bob and I together.
Photo By: Christine FieldsThen I told Christine to "Take one more!"... and I planted this kiss on Bob. Something that I wanted to do the entire time that I worked with him. I love this man. He changed our lives. God bless him.
Photo By: Rich FieldsAfter all of the excitement of the day... Bob Barker walks out of CBS for the very last time as the host of The Price Is Right.
