This Is America’s Richest Zip Code — And It’s In Florida
You may think New York and California would have some of the richest areas in the United States but that’s not the case, Florida takes the top honors with a small island by the name of Fisher Island, 33109, according to Bloomberg.
The 216-acre island is home to Miami Beach’s wealthiest residents who have an annual income of $2.2 million.
You can only get to the island by boat or ferry and has some of the best amenities in the state. This will be the second year that Fisher Island tops the list for America’s richest zip code.
33109 beat out Palm Beach, Florida and New York’s Tribeca neighborhood. Fisher Island has a massive foot spa, observatory, golf course and a private beach with butler service.
