St. Pete Doggy Swim Days
I don’t think it gets much warmer anywhere than the summer-time temperatures that we experience here in Florida.
And since they actually refer to them as the “dog days” of summer, shouldn’t your dog get a chance to cool off with a dip in the pool just like you?

The St Pete Parks And Recreation department sure thinks so. That’s why they are sponsoring “Dog Swim Day” at Lake Vista Pool and Fossil Park Pool in St Pete.
Owners must bring proof of dog’s vaccinations. Sorry, but no human swimming will be permitted during Dog Swim Days hours.
Admission is only $5 per dog. Swim days and times are below:
Saturday, July 13 from 4:30pm – 6pm at Lake Vista Pool 1450 60th Ave. S.
Saturday, August 17 from 9:30am – 11am and 11:30am – 1pm at Fossil Park Pool 6739 Dr. MLK Jr. St. N..
Don’t forget their life jacket if needed!
So, plan on letting your dog enjoy a refreshing splash at the pool! They will love it!
