St Pete Woman Let Her Dogs Kill A Duckling While Mother Duck Tried To Stop It

Let me first say these stories make my blood boil. According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, Bonnie Sue Nave, 59 of St. Petersburg let her two dogs kill a duckling while the Mother duck tried to stop the attack. Witnesses called the police and Nave was arrested and charged with cruelty to animals.

Several witnesses say Nave kicked the mother duck repeatedly and let her dogs continue to attack. Nave was booked into jail and later bonded out at $5000.

See you in court! I guess that's the only good thing about this story...she was arrested and charged and hopefully she will learn a very expensive lesson. Maybe they should take her dogs away from her if that's how she treats animals.
