Publix Will Now Have Senior Shopping Hours
Publix tweeted a short time ago that they are joining the list of stores that will give seniors a chance to get their shopping done early before the crowds arrive. Publix locations will open on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 7am for one hour just for seniors 65 and older. This will start on March 24 and they say it’ll continue until further notice. The pharmacies will also be open so seniors can get their medications quickly. And they’ll get first crack at the bakery goods. Maybe they can grab one of those toilet paper cakes!
Publix changed their general store hours this week to 8am-8pm, an hour later than usual for the chain to allow more time for employees to clean the stores and get the shelves stocked.
