Sarasota Beaches Reopen Monday
Last weekend, Jacksonville beaches began to fill up. Next it will be Sarasota beaches. Channel 10 reports that Sarasota County Commissioners have voted to reopen the area’s beaches starting Monday, April 27. You’ll be allowed to walk, run, swim, surf and fish according to ABC Action News, but you can’t bring a cooler or sit on the beach with a towel or chair. Large groups will not be allowed to gather. Also the parking lots will remain closed. [Source: Channel 10, ABC Action News]
