According to this study, the fastest growing city in Florida is near the Orlando area. Horizon West have seen the biggest changes in population over the past 8 years (255%). Home owner housing units have gone up 261% over the past 8 years. Even though this area is a stone-throw away to the biggest theme parks in Florida, they pride themselves on living a “village-centric” lifestyle. Families probably love having the best of both worlds with the “feel” of a smaller town, but live so close to big city attractions.
