Tampa: Greenlane Salad Drive Thru, What You Need To Know
These days you don’t have to get out of your car to grab a taco or a triple cheeseburger dripping in sauce, so why not make that option available for those who want to eat healthy as well? Now we can, thanks to the Greelane drive-thru salad in Tampa.
The first location was at 4495 West Gandy Boulevard. Now, the new North Dale Mabry location has opened. You can get a glimpse of the setup here on Greenlane’s Instagram. What better time to expand and make salads more convenient to people than “National Salad Month.”
The news keeps getting better. According to Greenlane’s website, a third store is in the works. This restaurant will be open at 8001 4TH St. N, in ST. Petersburg.
“We empower our customers to eat well, without sacrificing taste, time, or budget,” Greenlane says.
Greenlane Drive Thru Salad Menu
In total there are nine salads on the Greenlane menu. Each of them is made to order and under $10. Furthermore, the salads can be ordered and made into wraps upon request.
Popular items here include the harvest salad, which is a colorful array of roasted sweet potato, dried cranberries, and candied pecans atop kale and romaine lettuce. The Tuscan Sun is the marriage of antipasti salad and a house salad, featuring grape tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, marinated mozzarella, and salami. For a seasonal item, guests can enjoy a the Summer BBQ. This is made with pickled onions, cilantro, baked beans, corn nuts, cilantro, cheddar jack cheese, and turkey burnt ends.
“Our salads provide the flavorful, filling fuel needed for life in the fast lane,” Greenlane explains.
Most of these items are available to order online to even further expedite your drive thru experience. Greenlane is also available for catering.
Sticking with their theme of quick and easy healthy food options, protein boxes are also available on-the-go. A protein box consisting of hardboiled eggs, salami, cheddar cubes, cashews, and dried cranberries is just $5. A kids version of a protein box is then $4.
Lastly, Greenlane is not opposed to desserts. You already had a nice healthy meal so why not reward yourself in moderation with one of their two cookie options or a soft pretzel.
If you are now hungry for a nutritious meal that is affordable and can be picked up without getting out of your car, Greenlane is open seven days-per-week. They open daily at 10AM and close at 9PM after the dinner rush.
