July 29 Update:
Today the Lightning resigned Vasy for 8 years!


Tonight the Lightning’s Andrei Vasilevskiy was awarded the NHL’s Vezina trophy. He’s the first Bolts goaltender to win it. And it wasn’t even close… he got 28 of out of the 31 first place votes. Congratulations also to Nikita Kucherov who won the Hart Trophy as league MVP! Sort of softens the blow of no Stanley Cup. Well not really. But it’s nice to see the Bolts’ dominance during the regular season recognized.
