I'd been hearing a lot about Florida Cracker Fish Company, a relatively new Tampa restaurant. I just tried it for the first time last week, and we loved it.

Florida Cracker Fish Company is truly the kind of restaurant you can go to, you can take the whole family, and EVERYONE will have a great time. An equally good time will be had by both the parents and the kids.

Florida Cracker Fish Company Restaurant Review

They've got this amazing outdoor play area for the children. There are slides, playground materials to climb on, sand to run around in and even an old-fashioned car. While the kids play, you can grab a drink inside at the bar to bring back outside with you. They have a full bar. When everyone has enough fun outside and really worked up an appetite, go in and put your food order in. They have wonderful seafood dishes to choose from. I tried a bite of someone's grouper sandwich. It was delicious! But I ordered a hamburger; it was cooked perfectly. You'll get a beeper after you've put your food order in. So we went back outside to enjoy more of the beautiful evening. Once your food is ready, you can sit on the outdoor patio seating, or you can go inside and choose a table anywhere.

After you've dined, you may want to purchase a Florida Cracker Fish Company restaurant souvenir. They've got an adorable gift shop that sells hats and t-shirts.

I feel like a lot of restaurants we go to, the kids love, but we're not crazy about. Or, of course, we'll find a restaurant that we love, but it's too fancy or stuffy for the kids. I promise you that Florida Cracker Fish Company will be one of those places where everyone will be happy. Fun, chill environment and delicious food.
