If you listen to the MJ Morning Show you will know that one of Froggy’s favorite hobbies is fishing. There are plenty of websites that can tell you where to fish in Tampa. The thing is there are some really good spots out there that not many people know. Luckily Froggy has spent many years exploring the waters of Tampa Bay trying to find fish. The hard part about fishing here is the fact that the bay is so jammed with boaters that it makes it difficult to actually find a calm unfished spot.

• Rocky Creek Redfish

  Rocky Creek Redfish. Look for oyster beds in small creeks to find the reds. The closer to the oyster beds the better.

  Low Tides on the docks. When the tides are low it is always a good idea to hit the residential canals and target docks.

  This lovely Redfish was caught at 3am in upper Tampa Bay from a 10' Landau Jon Boat. A great night of fishing. All we did was target dock lights and it payed off

  This is Froggy's favorite fish of all time because it was caught while fishing with his favorite local TV fishing personality, CA Richardson! Its always smart to take a professional guide to catch fish anywhere.

  Froggy got this big Jack while he was Fishing his neighbor's backyard. This neighbor is Kenan Thompson from SNL fame. Look for the docks on a low tide agan and get ready!
