It was 19 years ago today that Hurricane Charley made a destructive visit to Florida’s west coast. Check out these pics from the archives from preparation to recovery in Naples, St. Pete, and Punta Gorda. We’ve been fortunate so far this hurricane season in Florida, but we know there is plenty of time left for Mother Nature to wreak havoc.
