St Pete POLICE Asking For Your Help
A 94 year old man that has lived in South St Pete since the 60’s drove his 3 wheeled motorized trike to his local CVS on 6th street last week to pick up some medicine for his eyes. Taking a little longer finding his products is why he thinks a bandit got away with stealing his trike right from the front of the store. The man told Police that he saw a semi truck parked in front of the store that was gone and believes the driver of said semi truck could be the culprit. The trike has to have a key to be operated so there is a good chance that whoever stole it will abandon it once they realize the 400 pound trike is useless with out it. St. Pete police ask that you keep an eye out and contact them if you have any info.
