Bad Binge Watching
How bad is it for you to binge watch your favorite programs? Well, a new survey from Patient.info shows there can be some detrimental effects on viewers’ mental health and sleep quality. The study looked at 2,000 adults and found that:
33% have skipped 2 1/2 or more hours of sleep because of binge-watching TV.
Nearly 34% say they’ve felt of emptiness after finishing a TV series.
