Here’s A Diet You Probably Won’t Be Adopting Anytime Soon
If you’re not feeling your best, you might opt to change up your diet, perhaps hit the gym a little more regularly, maybe even clock in extra sleep.
However, one British man has a more unusual approach to better health.
Eating fast food while traveling for work left Fabian Farquharson with stomach issues. With little avail from medical professionals, the 37-year-old sought out alternative treatments. Switching to a fruit-based diet helped, but then he read that the body makes its own “health ade” so he began drinking his urine, which he claims worked even better than becoming a “fruitarian”.
“It was about half an hour later that I started to feel amazing, I was absolutely bursting with energy. Now I’d never go a day without it and would recommend it to anyone,” the Sheffield man told the UK Mirror.
