Hillsborough Deputies Rescue Puppies
I’ts hard to imagine that there are still people that think leaving a pet trapped unattended in a hot car is ok. Especially with the hot Florida sun.
WFLA News Channel 8 reported that Hillsborough deputies responded to such a call in an undisclosed location. Someone had left 3 puppies alone and unattended in a hot car.
Thankfully, the deputies were able to rescue the puppies before it was too late. The deputies named the pups, Chubby Monkey, Tiny and Ace. The dogs were placed in the care of Animal Luvers Dream Rescue. At this time its not clear when they will be up for adoption. But if you are looking for a new addition to your family, please consider one of these lucky little guys.
It’s not clear if the owner will be cited, however in my opinion I think they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. There is just NO excuse for this type of animal cruelty. I think we need even stricter enforcement and harder laws in animal rights cases such as this.
