Regulation Requiring Drug Companies To Include Price In TV Ads Just Got Blocked!

A new rule requiring drug companies to disclose how much their drugs cost per month in their TV ad just hit a road block. The Trump administration had put forth a regulation to include prices on TV ads that would have started today, but US District Judge Amit Mehta ruled against it yesterday. The Judge basically said this regulation needs to come from the legislative branch not the President. So, if anything is going to happen with lowering the drug prices in Florida, it will have to come from Congress.
