Curtis Reeves Accused Movie Theater Shooter Back In Court
Curtis Reeves is accused of shooting and killing had Oulson inside the Cobb Theater in Wesley chapel.
Reeves has been wearing a GPS ankle monitor since 2014. His trial has been put on hold until the Florida Supreme Court decides on any changes to the Stand Your Ground Law.
Reeves is back in court today requesting that the GPS monitor be removed and that he is granted the freedom to move around Hillsborough, Pasco and Hernando Counties. Reeves is also requesting that his firearms be transferred to his son because he has to pay a monthly fee to store them.
