Snowbirds To Get More Time In Florida – Hello Canada
Marco Rubio has presented the Canadian Snowbird Act which would allow them to stay in the sunshine state longer. Currently they are allowed to stay for 6 months and the new Snowbird Act would expand that to eight months.
3.5 million Canadians visited Florida last year pumping in $6.5 million dollars into our economy.
My friend Donna the waitress at Amici Italian on West Bay talks about in season and out of season all the time because for many restaurants in season is where you make the most money. This new Snowbird Act could benefit restaurant owners big time.
