Video Of The Final Piece Of “Iron Gwazi” Track Being Installed at Busch Gardens
Roller coaster enthusiasts around the world are keeping their eyes on Busch Gardens Tampa Bay for an opening date announcement for Iron Gwazi. USA Today said this ride “could be the best in Florida… and beyond.” Gwazi will be over 200 feet tall and will hit speeds of up to 76MPH. That will make it the tallest and fastest in Florida. Roller coaster experts are also liking that it’s a steel/wood hybrid that’ll make it “smooth and compelling” with a 91 DEGREE DROP! Last night, Busch Gardens revealed that the track is now completed. They posted this video to share the moment!

As great as Iron Gwazi will be, on my trip to Busch Gardens last month I discovered my new favorite ride…. even I didn’t even ride it. After dozens of visits to the park, I finally found the water cannons at Congo River Rapids. For 50 cents, you get to choose a water gun to squirt riders from above.
