US News & World Report’s Top 10 Tampa Area High Schools For 2021
Rankings are determined by things like college readiness, breadth of the curriculum, proficiency in math and reading, and graduate rate. Over 20,000 schools were considered nationally. Here in the Tampa area, schools from Tampa, St. Petersburg, Lutz, Lithia, Seminole, Tarpon Springs and Palm Harbor made the top 10. [Source: US News and World Report]
#1: Plant High School in Tampa
With a 96% graduation rate and student to teacher ratio of 22 to 1, Plant High ranked 38th overall in Florida and #615 in the national ranking.
