Meet Simon! He's Roxanne's Pet Project of the week. He's a 1-year-old Terrier Mix that weighs about 38 pounds! He's a 1-year-old Terrier Mix that weighs about 38 pounds! He's currently at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay waiting for his forever home. The shelter says he's the sweetest boy with people and other dogs.
