Isn’t it strange that Ash Wednesday and Valentine’s Day fell on the same day this year? Regardless, we’re into Lent, and that means it’s time for some fish fry fun. I was a pescatarian for a long time and always loved Friday fish fries. Now, I’m a vegetarian, so I can’t enjoy the actual fish, but I can sure have some of the fixings. It’s worth noting that Mashed.com recently put out a list of the best fish fries in America. Sadly, they didn’t highlight any spots in Florida. What a bummer. I mean, we’re surrounded by water.
