5 - Jimmy's Tacos

You get to make a choice here. If you want a bunch of food you have to try the Jimmy's Feast. For $16.95 you get to munch on 3 birria tacos, a mini quesabirria quesadilla & a drink. If not, you can go with the 3 taco deal for $11.50. Either way, you're still getting a good deal. Jimmy's Tacos is located at 1604 North 17th Street, Tampa.

4 - Nacho's Tacos

It's all about quantity here. 4 tacos for $10. You get to pick up to two meats of either steak, chicken, Al pastor. You can find Nacho's Tacos at 2324 W Cypress St, Tampa, FL.

3 - Taco Dirty

$5 Margaritas. That's it. That's all I should have to say. Ok, if you want food you can get tres tacos for $8. They also have $3 beers and seltzers, but it's all about the $5 margaritas. Taco Dirty is located at 2221 W Platt St Tampa.

2 - Que Pasa

This one is for my people looking to drink. Que Pasa will have you in a good mood with their Happy Hour 2-4-1 Daily specials and all-day specials on the weekends. Their best deal though, is the Taco Tuesday deals with $2 tacos, $5 nachos, $5 tequilas, and $6 loaded Coronas. You'll have to drive across the bridge for this deal. Que Pasa is located at 10478 Roosevelt Blvd N, St. Petersburg.

1 - Carmelita's

In my opinion, the best bang for your buck. Three Carnitas Tacos and a House Margarita for $12.00. If carnitas isn't your style, you can do three Plant-Based Chorizo Tacos. Don't worry, you're still getting the margarita and the deal for $12. Carmelita's has 5 locations across Tampa Bay, find them here.

Want to celebrate National Burrito Day at one by finding some of the best burritos in Tampa? We've got some great suggestions.

Each year Mexican food lovers celebrate their love for these deliciously stuffed tortillas on the first Thursday in April. So it's right around the corner. It's happening on April 4 this year.

We've seen burritos have somewhat of an evolution. The OG Mexican burrito is going to be largely stuffed with meat and beans. But obviously, burritos aren't just a Mexican thing. Their popularity has spread around the world, and we can find them everywhere. We certainly love burritos in America and specifically, Tampa has some great spots. We'll get into those in just a moment.

But first, a little more history about the burrito. Some burrito fun facts, if you will. We've only been able to enjoy burritos in the United States since the 1930s. What's a world like without burritos??? What did the ladies and gents do in the roaring in twenties do without burritos?

Runner Up On the 5 Best Burritos In Tampa List

There's one spot that I wanted to put on the list for their creativity and because I'm a major sushi lover. Technically, they serve burritos. But I couldn't quite fit Zukku on the list. They are located at 1910 N Ola Avenue in Tampa Heights.

You can actually build your own sushi burrito here. Spicy and spicy mayo a tortilla? Delicious!

Though Zukku didn't make this list, I think you'll enjoy our selections. And while vibes and atmosphere are important when selecting dining spots, we really focused on who could deliver the most quality...the absolute best burrito.

So celebrate your love for the best burritos in Tampa. Check out our list below with some of the most incredible places. Enjoy your burrito and sip a Dos Equis or a Margarita.

TacoSon

Taco Son's burritos are to die for. THIS is where you will find real, authentic Mexican food.

Moe's Southwest Grill

Gotta go with a chain here, and Moe's is the best. They're ingredients always taste so fresh.

Green Lemon

Green Lemon has amazing food, top to bottom. And this includes their burritos. Freshest ingredients and tangy zippy sauces to top it off.

Besito Mexican

Not only are the burritos the bomb, the ambiance is clutch. And an extra bonus...they have some of the best street corn in town. Besito is a Tampa Mexican bucket list spot.

Miguel's Mexican Seafood & Grill

Miguel's is a Tampa staple and is one of the go-to places for some classic Mexican food. They've been serving Tampa for over 20 years. We love the grilled fajita and pork burrito. Try it yourself at 3035 W. Kennedy Blvd.

Rich grew up in the Bronx, NY but moved to Tampa in 2006 to attend the University of Tampa. Even though he completed 4 years at the University for Sports Management, Ortiz realized his true passion for radio after taking a couple of classes to fulfill his communications minor and volunteering at UT's WUTT radio station as a sports director. Rich also worked at several clubs in Tampa as a host/promoter where he would meet and work alongside Davy Rolando, who would be the one who would help him get a job at WiLD 94.1. From there, Rich worked his way up from Promotions assistant to promotions coordinator, to eventually full-time on-air.
