Alex Trebek And The Power Of Prayer
Alex Trebek shares an update on his stage 4 pancreatic cancer treatments. According to Alex, his cancer is responding extremely well to chemotherapy treatments.
In an interview with USA Today Alex says,

“It’s kind of mind-boggling! The doctors said they hadn’t seen this kind of positive result in their memory… some of the tumors have already shrunk by more than 50%.”
Trebek also credits his fans for his miraculous improvement saying, “I’ve got a couple million people out there who have expressed their good thoughts, their positive energy directed towards me and their prayers. I told the doctors, this has to be more than just the chemo, and they agreed it could very well be an important part of this.”
This is great news for a dear friend and game show colleague of mine. You may not be aware, but my father passed away from pancreatic cancer, and I have been a cancer patient since the early 80’s. I know first-hand that the power of prayer can work miracles. Please continue to pray for Alex and all others struggling with this disease.
